Topic: More About Procore / How Does Procore Integrate With Our Company Website? We have had many clients embed our login to their sites. This has really made it simple for their customers to gain access to Procore. We hear time and time again that Procore helps contractors sell jobs. Topic: Procore Scheduling Forum / Scheduling - Keeping It Simple One thing that we have learned working on hundreds of construction projects is that construction schedules needs to be kept simple. Simple does not mean incomplete; it means do not apply more logic to the schedule than is reasonable. Many schedules never get published due to the tendency to keep adding more and more logic to the schedule. This logic can come in different forms such as task relationships and constraints. We work with our customers to help them develop a scheduling approach that works for them. Be it cost loading or simple CPM, we can help take the complexity and confusion out of scheduling. We would like to know what works and doesn’t work for you. Do you like MS Project or do you prefer Suretrak or P3? Do you use excel or just a legal pad. Why do you keep a schedule in the first place, is it for risk avoidance or is it to actually communicate with your trades and owners what is expected of them or when? |
