Procore's construction project management software includes comprehensive management and organization of a project's transmittals. With Procore, you'll never lose track of a transmittal, and you'll be able to see exactly what materials were sent to any recipient.

Creation of a transmittal within Procore's system allows a user to specify the transmittal number, who that submittal was sent to, and the delivery method (either email or an alternative) used for the delivery of the submittal. Every Procore transmittal includes the revision number for attachments, as well as the reason for the transmittal. Procore provides the ability to specify the requested response date, as well as a request for acknowledgment.

Attachments to a transmittal within Procore can consist of any type of electronic document, including items taken directly from Procore's data. Documents can be uploaded from a user's computer or accessed from Procore's construction project document management archive. The types of Procore data that can be attached to a transmittal include change orders, submittal packages or individual submittals, RFIs, punch list items, and many other types of information included within the Procore construction project management software.

Procore's Transmittal Log allows a complete list of a project's transmittals to be viewed in a clear, organized format. Transmittal lists can be quickly searched for key terms, so that long lists can be scanned for the needed documentation in seconds, rather than having to page through transmittal binders. Procore automatically tracks transmittals by creation date, as well as the date upon which the transmittal was sent.

Completed transmittals can be exported from Procore in PDF format according to a standard or custom format which can be configured for a specific company. Custom transmittals can be formatted to include your company letterhead or standard fax cover sheet format so that transmittals match a firm's existing business documentation.

Procore's construction project management software Transmittal Log can also be exported as a comma separated values (CSV) file for ease of data sharing. This data format can then be imported into other corporate data systems which require transmittal log information.
